Risk Management
The risk management team has a wealth of experience in the professional environment within which Griffin Members operate. Support is provided to Members to ensure their systems and procedures control the level of risk faced in their business. Potential areas of risk are identified during regular review visits and practical guidance provided for their control. Maintaining high professional standards, and controlling the level of risk in this way, has clear commercial benefits but is also invaluable to Members, who are both insurer and insured.
A programme of training supports the risk management review service, with sessions regularly tailored for Members to address issues identified during review visits.
A quarterly technical forum is also held at which outside speakers present on topical issues and bulletins on current issues of interest are published regularly.
